Unless you’re making a combined booking, when you book a car only or are adding a car to your flight at a later stage, payment can only be made by credit card and can be done on collection at the Europcar office.
On collection a car hire deposit will be billed to your credit card on straight payment. The difference will be estimated on return of the car and the balance refunded to your credit card. Allow three to four working days for the amount to reflect on your account.
When making a booking that includes a combination of either flight and/or hotel with car hire, pre-payment is required before picking up your car. Only credit card payments are accepted. Any additional extras, holding deposit and admin fees are payable on return of the hired car.

A credit card and a minimum deposit of R5,000 is required depending on the rental duration.
There is a R77 document administration fee to the final quote for all car bookings.
Every car rental will require a deposit of R450 in addition to the rental, any unused funds on the eToll will be reimbursed with the rest of the deposit.
