Booking a car
Car hire bookings less than 6 hours before collection are possible but will only qualify for a 10% discount. These late bookings cannot be made online ‒ our Contact Centre 0861 KULULA (585852) will be happy to make the booking for you.
Change or cancel a booking
For any booking changes, please call the Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852) with your membership number and booking details.
When you change your flight booking, your car booking does not automatically change, so whether your car hire is a standalone booking or in combination with a flight or hotel, it’s important to call us to update your booking for the entire trip.
- When you change your original car booking, we cannot guarantee that you will get the same vehicle rate and group
- Remember to have your membership number handy when you call us
Do you need to get in and out of the branch as quickly as possible? Registering with Europcar's Ready-2-Go service means you spend less time at the counter. All you need to do when you collect your car is present your driver’s licence and credit card at the kiosk and we'll have you on your way in a jiffy.
