flexible tickets

We’ve introduced flexibility on all our kulula flights. This special offer allows you, business go-getter, free spirit, or ‘always-late, never-on-time’ traveller to exercise some freedom and choice with your flights.

These special fares are only available through travel agents or our Contact Centre. The website will only show you the lowest price first and the respective ticket rules associated to that choice. 

  

Securing a flexi ticket will give you the following:

  • free changes before departure
  • standby permission on any earlier flight
  • 100% refunds before departure
  • only R100 no show fee (excl. VAT)

so, what does it all mean?

free changes

Make a time or date change to your booking at no cost. All you pay is the difference between the old and new tickets.

Changes can be made online or call one of our friendly agents. If you've purchased extra bags or travel insurance with your booking please contact us to ensure all extras are changed at the same time.

standby permission

If you get to the airport early we'll be able to book you in on an earlier flight where a seat is available at no extra cost.

R100 (excl. VAT) no show fee

Return flights are automatically cancelled if you miss your departing flight and have to re-book. With a flexi ticket R100 (excl. VAT) will secure your second part of the journey.

100% refunds on pre-cancelled flights

With a 100% refundable booking, if you can't make the flight, a flexible ticket gives you all your money back. (R114 admin fee applies.)
