Legal - Price Freeze

  • Price Freeze provides the ability to place a kulula.com or British Airways (operated by Comair) flight on hold for up to 24 hours for bookings made via the kulula.com website
  • Price Freeze lets you book your flight but postpone payment for up to 24 hours. A handy option for those who want a little more time to:
    • finalise travel plans with friends and family;
    • find a good hotel deal to match;
    • make sure you get your holiday leave approved
  • Price Freeze is only available for flights which are booked 7 days or more prior to the date of travel. Price Freeze is not available for kulula packages or flight+hotel or flight+car rental bookings.
  • If you choose the Price Freeze option, you will have 24 hours to confirm and pay for your booking. If you do not make full payment for your booking within that time, your Price Freeze will expire and your booking will be cancelled.
  • The Price Freeze fee is in addition to the amount of your fare; it is non-refundable and will be forfeited if the booking is not confirmed as paid in full during the Price Freeze period.
  • The Price Freeze fee is payable per person (adults and children), excluding infants under the age of 2 years.
  • Immediate payment of the Price Freeze amount is required by credit card only.
  • No notification will be sent as a payment reminder before or after your Price Freeze period expires
  • Changes may not be made to a booking during the Price Freeze period. In the event that you need to change your reservation details (in terms of passenger type (adult/child fare), passenger details, route, flight or date), you may cancel the booking or allow the Price Freeze period to lapse before making a new reservation. The Price Freeze fee will not be refunded.
  • If you require changes to your flight, class and/or dates after the booking has been paid for, then these changes will be subject to any change fee criteria detailed in the Fare Conditions applicable to your booking.
  • Full payment can be made by accessing the ‘manage my booking’ on kulula.com using the booking reference (PNR) you’ll receive in your Price Freeze confirmation
  • If your payment is not confirmed during the Price Freeze period or the Price Freeze period has expired, you will have to rebook and pay the new applicable fares.
  • Comair Limited reserves the right to amend the fee for Price Freeze and to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, which amendments will be published on the website and will take effect as from time of publication.
  • Price Freeze will not be available on Sale Fares which must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
