They assist children with facial deformities such as cleft lip and palate, facial paralysis and burns, to get the corrective surgery they need, bringing more smiles to our children&rsquo;s faces.&nbsp;</p> <p>The Smile Foundation is a South African NGO, based in 6 Academic Hospitals around South Africa.
