&lt;p&gt;If you&amp;rsquo;ve experienced a disruption on one of our flights or we&amp;rsquo;ve made a mistake, we try not to but it can happen from time to time. You would have received compensation from us. You&amp;rsquo;ll need a unique kulula ID if you&amp;rsquo;ve received a card at the airport or chatted to our Contact Centre and qualify for compensation. We can either create one for you or give us a call already armed with a kulula ID. The kulula team will create and credit a travelbank account for you. You&amp;rsquo;ll then be notified over email when your compensation has been deposited.&lt;/p&gt;
