Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will be ineligible.

  1. The promoter of this promotion is Comair Limited (in business rescue), Reg No 1967/006783/06, having its principal place of business at 2-4 Whirlwind Street, Rhodesfield, Kempton Park (the Promoter).
  2. The promotion opens on 16 June 2021 at 08:00am and closes midnight 30 June 2021. No late entries will be accepted. By entering this promotion, you accept the rules of this promotion and agree to the publishing of your name and entry on the kulula.com social media pages. The prize will consist of 1 * winner, who will receive 2* return flights, to a destination to which kulula.com operates.
  3. To be eligible to enter the draw, participants must be 13-35 years, resident in South Africa and must send kulula.com their dance videos to the song “location Sila” plus their current location to enter. Directors, employees, and consultants of Comair Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  4. Entrants between the age of 13-17 years must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.
  5. The winners will be selected from the eligible entries received. The winners will be awarded in the sequence that the winning entries are drawn. The draw will take place on 8 July 2021 in Johannesburg and announced on the afternoon of the 9 July 2021. The draw will be supervised by an independent, external auditor. The winners will be notified via the kulula.com social media channels. The winner will have 24 hours within which to notify the Promoter via return email that they accept the prize. Should a winner fail to accept the prize within this time period a redraw will be done by the Promoter and a new winner selected.
  6. Any personal data submitted by you will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy unless as otherwise permitted by the entrant. All entrants agree that the details provided, and any personal photographs or information provided in the entry may be displayed on the kulula.com social media pages.
  7. This prize may not be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes and the Promoter’s decision is final.
  8. Due to the new POPIA that has come in to place on 1 July 2021, unfortunately we will not be able to publish the winners names on our social media channels due to their privacy. Winners will be contacted via Direct Message.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and to disqualify any entry that is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  10. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or the accepting of a prize. All prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of carriage applicable to kulula.com
  11. The Promoters reserve the right at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice, due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by anything outside its reasonable control. In the event of any change or termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights they may have in respect of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.
