How do I request assistance or a wheelchair?

No problem! Wheelchairs or additional assistance for passengers with special needs can be requested through our Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852). The Contact Centre will confirm availability and make the booking. Just remember that all special needs requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to flight departure and passengers with special needs need to check-in 90 minutes prior to departure.

Can I be collected from the international terminal or from the car parkade in a wheelchair?

Wheelchair assistance will only be available from the kulula.com check in counters to the aircraft and will be available from the aircraft to the arrival hall upon landing. This is due to safety reasons.
