How do I request assistance or a wheelchair?

Wheelchairs or additional assistance for passengers with special needs can be requested through our Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852) from Monday to Sunday 07H00 - 19H00. The Contact Centre will confirm availability and make the booking. Just remember that all special needs requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to flight departure and passengers with special needs need to check-in at least 90 minutes prior to departure.

Note: Please keep in mind though that, should the CAA safety quota be reached, we may need to change the customer’s flight to an alternative one to ensure that we comply with the required safety regulations.

Can I be collected from the international terminal or from the car parkade in a wheelchair?

Wheelchair assistance will only be available from the kulula.com check in counters to the aircraft and will be available from the aircraft to the arrival hall upon landing. This is due to safety reasons.
