British Airways (operated by Comair) offers flights to southern Africa, from South Africa and beyond our borders to destinations such as the bronze deserts of Namibia to the blue beaches of Mauritius.

Children and infant fares
To arrange for children under 12 years of age travelling alone call our Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852).
Check-in
With your reference number you can check-in online at least 24 hours before your flight departs but no later than 2 hours prior to departure. You can use the self-service kiosks at the airport to check-in and print your boarding pass. Self-service check-in will close 45 minutes prior to departure time.
Bags must be dropped off at least 45 minutes prior to departure for international flights.
Special requests

Changes, cancellations, refunds
Depending on your ticket you can make certain changes to your booking. One online change is possible and further changes can be made by calling our Contact Centre KULULA (585852). Changes carry a fee of R207 on restricted fares and R403 on semi-flexiable fares including the difference between the old and new price.
Name changes are not permitted.
