Complete your payment online using the SiD payment channel on the kulula.com website for your flight bookings in order to be eligible to be automatically entered into the random monthly draw for a first prize draw of R2500 cash back refund on your booking or a second prize draw of a kulula goodie bag. There will be a monthly winner selected for 11 months beginning December 2018 - November 2019.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The promoter of this promotional competition is Comair Limited (“kulula”) (registration number: 1967/006783/06),a company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa and having its registered address at No 1 Marignane Drive, Bonaero Park Kempton Park 1619 (“the Promoter”).
- All persons entering ("the entrants") the SiD Payment promotion ("the promotion") agree that the promotion rules as set out in these terms and conditions are binding on them. A copy of these terms and conditions is available at www.kulula.com.
- In order to qualify as an entrant for this promotion;
- a. the entrant must be legally resident in the Republic of South Africa;
- b. the entrant must be over the age of 18 years of age and provide their correct names, date of birth and contact details, as requested when booking a ticket to fly on kulula.com; and
- c. the entrant cannot be a juristic entity and must be an individual;
- d. the entrant must make use of the SiD payment portal and complete the payment successfully when making payment for a booking on kulula.com.
- Directors, employees, consultants or agents of kulula, its group of companies or their family members, may not enter the promotion.
- By entering this promotion entrants acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
- A monthly first prize of R2500 cash refund which will be paid to the winner’s banking account and a second prize of a kulula goodie bag. - The closing date for entrants to be eligible for a prize is:
- Month 1 – January 2019
- Month 2 – February 2019
- Month 3 – March 2019
- Month 4 – April 2019
- Month 5 – May 2019
- Month 6 – June 2019
- Month 7 – July 2019
- Month 8 – August 2019
- Month 9 – September 2019
- Month 10 – October 2019
- Month 11 – November 2019
- All payments successfully completed using the SiD payment system on the kulula.com website will qualify for an automatic entry into the draw taking place at the end of the relevant month during which the payment was made. Entries received after these monthly closing dates will be entered for the following month’s draw but the promotion will end in November 2019, where after no further entries will be accepted. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process and overseen by an independent auditor.
- The Promoter shall not be responsible for any unsuccessful or delayed or reversed SiD payments which results in an entry not being submitted for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter will not be responsible for the failure of any technical element relating to this promotion that my result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
- a. Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in the booking.
- b. After a flight booking has been confirmed any changes requested to date or time of travel will be subject to an administration fee per change per sector and must be done more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the confirmed booking and which changes are payable by credit card only.
- c. Changes can be done telephonically by contacting 0861 KULULA (585852). Changes are subject to availability of seats on the requested flight and any difference that may be applicable to the fares. For further terms and conditions related to the flight booking please refer to the terms and conditions for the booking under the “legal info” tab on the kulula.com website.
- d. The prizes are not transferable.
- The Promoters accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize including any banking charges or any other charges associated with the processing of the prize.
- If kulula are unable to contact a winner or no response is received within 10 days of contacting a winner, then the prize will be forfeited.
- The Promoters accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the promotion or accepting of a prize.
- The Promoters reserve the right at any time and from time to time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion with or without prior notice, due to reasons outside of its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by anything outside its reasonable control. In the event of any change or termination, all entrants agree to waive any rights that they have in respect of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoter or its agents.
