From COVID-19 and lockdowns to new travel measures and restrictions, we understand that things have changed since we last took to the skies – which is why we’ve adapted our travel experience from the ground up to make the "new normal" as easy for you as possible. Here is what you need to know when flying kulula.
Both kulula.com and British Airways operated by Comair will be operating domestic routes from December 2020 with a reduced number of aircraft. We will be optimising our schedule as we ramp up operations and gradually return aircraft to service from mid-January to June 2021. We will start with a reduced fleet and as the demand increases, we aim to have a full schedule by June 2021. Ticket sales are now open for travel on kulula.com from 1 December 2020 and British Airways operated by Comair flights can be booked by contacting the British Airways’ contact centre on +27 11 921 0222 or on ba.com ahead of our planned take off on 9 December 2020. Regional routes will also be re-introduced over time.
