We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and support during our ramp up. Both kulula.com and our sister airline British Airways (operated by Comair) plan to operate a limited domestic schedule, which may result in changes to your original booking.
The limited schedule is the first phase of our ramp up to full operations over the next few months. British Airways (operated by Comair) regional flights as well as kulula flights from Lanseria and kulula flights between Durban and Cape Town will soon resume operations.
Flight tickets for travel during 2021 onwards
- Flights to or from Lanseria
kulula will soon be operating flights through Lanseria International Airport. Customers travelling through Lanseria will be re-accommodated on flights to or from O.R. Tambo International Airport, at a time nearest to their original departure time.
- Flights between Durban and Cape Town
kulula will not be operating the Durban and Cape Town route during our ramp up operations. We plan to re-introduce this route as soon as possible.
- Schedule optimisation
With the impact that COVID has had on the travel industry and our planned ramp up operations, we may need to reschedule or move some flights from time to time.
Customers who are affected by the new schedule will be advised accordingly. Should customers not be happy with their new flight itinerary, they are requested to contact our Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852) for further assistance.
We would like to apologise in advance and thank these customers for their understanding while we build up our operations and add additional aircraft.
