How can I change my booking?

You can make one online change to your booking click on ‘manage my bookings’ , give one of our friendly helpers on 0861 KULULA (585852) a call or at the airport if you're paying cash. Please refer to our flight info section for more information on our change of booking fees. No changes can be made within 2 hours prior to your flight.

Also, remember that no name changes are permitted on any bookings.

I no longer want to travel on the flights that I have booked, how can I cancel my ticket?

kulula.com offers a flexible rebooking facility up to 2 hours prior to your flight departure where you may transfer the full value of your fare paid to an alternate date subject to a rebooking fee per person per sector according to the fare that was purchased at time of booking. If the same booking class is not available, you will also have to pay in any difference in airfare. Note that flight booking changes made via the contact centre are subject to a service fee ....so save some bucks and do this yourself online, just select ‘Manage My Booking’ and follow the easy steps. Note: flight Changes can only be paid by credit card.

What should I do, I forgot to include my infant on my flight booking?

Don't stress, give us a call on 0861 KULULA (585852). You’ll be able to add your precious angel for R125 (incl. VAT) per sector. This fare includes 20kg free checked baggage allowance plus a collapsible pushchair and child car seat.
