FAQ - British Airways

Why is it that I can book a flight with British Airways (operated by Comair) on your website?

Our agreement with British Airways means we can sell British Airways flights on the kulula.com portal. This is to bring you a wider variety of destinations in one place.

Where do I find my British Airways flight reference number?

Once your flight had been confirmed you’ll be emailed a travel reservation PDF which will contain your flight reference number. You can use it to check in online and add extras to your flight like extra bags, meals and pre-paid seats.

How do I check in for a British Airways flight?

Use the flight reference number on the travel reservation PDF sent with your confirmation email. There are two ways to check in:

  1. Checking in at the airport - Go to the British Airways counters or use the Self Service Check-In  kiosks
  2. Check in online - visit ba.com

If your trip includes both kulula and British Airways flights, the check-in and baggage policies of that airline apply to that part of your journey.

How do I access my British Airways flight details?

Use the flight reference number on your travel reservation PDF emailed to you with your flight confirmation. Go to ba.com and go to the  ‘Manage My Booking’ tab and insert your details. You can also call our Contact Centre 0861 KULULA (585852) for any queries.

Can I add my frequent flyer number after my booking?

You must contact us 0861 KULULA (585852) to add your number before you take your trip.

If I’m flying both kulula and British Airways how much baggage am I allowed?
