Take note of any visa requirements for each destination and ensure you adhere to their health and medical restrictions and have all the necessary vaccinations that are required for that area.

Children and infant fares

important notice: If you’re travelling to or from South Africa with a minor (younger than 18 years of age) from 1 June 2015, you’ll need to produce an unabridged birth certificate (and possibly some additional documentation) for the child. Check-in

With your reference number you can check-in online at least 24 hours before your flight departs but no later than 2 hours prior to departure. You can use the self-service kiosks at the airport to check-in and print your boarding pass. Self-service check-in will close 45 minutes prior to departure time.

Bags must be dropped off at least 45 minutes prior to departure for international flights.

Changes, cancellations, refunds

Depending on your ticket you can make certain changes to your booking. One online change is possible and further changes can be made by calling our Contact Centre KULULA (585852). Changes carry a fee of R200 on restricted fares and R399 on semi-flexiable fares including the difference between the old and new price.

Name changes are not permitted.
