Manage your Discovery Vitality booking

Something's come up and you need to change your booking or resend your confirmation? No problemo! You're able to make one online change yourself by entering your booking code and surname and clicking on "view / change", or on "resend confirmation" if you need us to send you your confirmation again. You can also call one of our friendly helpers in the Contact Centre on 0861 KULULA (585852).

Please note that any booking changes are subject to a change fee. Bookings made via our Contact Centre or Airport Ticket Sales are charged at an additional R140 per person per trip (all fees are inclusive of VAT), plus the difference between your old fare and the new fare available.
