28 September 2017 - British Airways (operated by Comair) and kulula.com dominated the airlines categories of the Sunday Times Top Brands 2017 Awards last night, nabbing four of the top five places in the business and consumer categories for domestic airlines. The awards recognise those brands favoured by consumers in South Africa over the past 12 months and are regarded as the country’s leading barometer of consumer sentiment and affinity.
Shaun Pozyn, Head of Marketing, Loyalty and Customer Experience for British Airways (operated by Comair) and kulula.com says, “We’re delighted by these accolades, especially as they reflect our customers’ appreciation of our efforts to serve them.
He adds, “We’re especially pleased that these accolades come as we mark the 21st anniversary of our treasured partnership with British Airways, the 16th birthday of kulula and Comair’s 71st year of profitable, uninterrupted operation. We continually strive to widen our African footprint by flying our customers to more destinations in Africa, whilst offering our signature British Airways hospitality onboard, as well as excellent low-cost flights and holiday packages through kulula.com.”
