kulula.com is supported by an Entrust secure on-line certificate and we’re PCI accredited. Credit card information can be stored securely on our system and personal information is not shared with any third parties. So, don't hesitate to use that credit card for any of our stuff - we like plastic.
What is SID (Secure Instant Deposit) and how does it work?
SID is an assisted electronic funds transfer that allows you to make payment directly to kulula using your existing Internet banking account. You'll find more info on SID and how it works here.
Can I use the bank SMS notification as a proof of payment at the airports?
We're afraid an SMS sent to your phone by the bank is not viewed as a proof of payment at the airports. The banks send you this information for your records and not ours.
