do you need to make a booking for 10 or more people?

Flying with us is great and doing it in a group is even better. It’s very easy to book and is very affordable, if you’d like to fly with your group get in touch with our groups department, you can email them on groups@kulula.com or call them directly on (011) 921 0333. There is a 48 hour turnaround time on quotes.

why book a group?

If you’re traveling with a group, give us a call you could be eligible for great deals on our fares. Groups include sports teams, school groups, tours, or any party of 10 or more people.

We now offer Tour Leader tickets:

1 free ticket when 15 adults are booked in a group
2 free tickets when 30 adults are booked in a group
A maximum of two free tickets will be permitted per group
Airport taxes and all other surcharges are for your own account

cancelling a group booking

Cancellation of seats or reservations carry the following fees:

10% should the group booking be cancelled 42 days or more prior to departure

50% should the group booking be cancelled 29 - 41 days … more
